ORDERS
We can provide you everything from our supply. You can pick up your order at our shop or we can ship it to you. We ship via Česká pošta, by C.O.D. or if the payment is through bank transfer, we send the package as registered letter.
Shipping costs are charged by the price list of Česká pošta.
The order must be sent to our e-mail proficook@proficook.cz.
Terms and Conditions
- The order must contain your full postal adress and telephone number.
- The order must contain the order number of the product, colour, size and quantity.
- The size of the product is established by our size chart. Every company has its own size chart!!!
- If there is anything you want to help with, do not hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to help you.
- Ordered products in stock are sent by two working days.
- If ordered products are not in stock, term delivery is from 2 to 4 weeks.
- On products with embroidery, stones or printing is necessary to send your logo in EPS, CDR, AI or PDF formats.
- We ship via Česká pošta, the delivery time is 1 or 2 days.
- Each delivery order will be added according to the rate of the Czech Post (Pack in your hand).
